These Rules and Regulations are an integral part of the Booking Form. For anything not explicitly mentioned herein, reference is made to the laws in force, to the good taste and common sense of each person in the interest of everyone.<\/p>\n

PREMISE<\/h3>\n

In order to make your stay at Agriturismo Buonasera as pleasant as possible, we believe it is useful to give you some functional and structural information; some of this information is also valid for restaurant guests only. Agriturismo Buonasera requires the same respect from its guests as you have for your own home and those of your friends and relatives. As such, moreover, the rules to be observed are not only those sanctioned by law but those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
\nWe kindly ask you to carefully read the regulations and the rules of conduct laid down, which are considered tacitly accepted.
\nWe welcome you once again and thank you for choosing us, wishing you a happy and pleasant stay.<\/p>\n

RESERVATIONS<\/h3>\n

The confirmation of the stay is verified with the receipt of the deposit in the manner and terms indicated by the Agriturismo (50% of the stay). Whatever is the reason for sending the sum requested to confirm the stay, it can only be considered as a deposit.
\nHalf board, if foreseen according to season and period, must be confirmed at the time of booking.
\nAt the moment of the booking request, it is necessary to communicate eventual allergies or intolerances in order to allow us to confirm or not the meals during the stay.
\nIn the email from the agriturismo confirming the booking, in order to comply with the Covid protocols for tourism, you will be asked to send a form with a self-declaration of health and an identity document, which must be kindly returned to us.
\nThe presence of infants or children who do not require a bed must in any case be communicated in advance at the time of the booking request to allow us to confirm or not the availability of accommodation.
\nFor restaurant-only customers, please call 0761 792397 to ensure availability of tables and to make reservations.
\nPlease understand that the period booked will be charged in full even in the event of early check-out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ACCEPTANCE – (CHECK-IN\/CHECK-OUT)<\/h3>\n

Guests are required to show their identity document upon arrival for check-in. It is possible for the check-in form to be sent in advance by email (online check-in).
\nCheck-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (delays or advances must be kindly communicated to the agriturismo); check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
\nBreakfast time: from 08:30 to 09:30; dinner time: 20:00.
\nFor those who wish to extend their stay at the time of check-out, beyond the established time (and in any case not later than 19:00), prior request and verification of availability by the management will charge a supplement, the amount of which varies depending on the seasonality of the rates and the type of accommodation.
\nROOM BALANCE<\/strong> The balance of the room must be paid in cash or by credit\/debit card before check-out. Please note that Travel Cheques and Cheques are not accepted.
\nIn any case, we advise guests to bring cash, as the location in the countryside sometimes makes it impossible to use a POS.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY OR NO-SHOW\/NO SHOW POLICY<\/h3>\n

The client may cancel the reservation without penalty at least ten days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show\/no-show, the stay is considered carried out and therefore gives Agriturismo Buonasera the right to retain the deposit and, in high season, the balance, in payment of the amount due. In case of cancellation\/cancellation of the stay for proven reasons related to Covid, the deposit will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n

RULES OF CONDUCT<\/h3>\n

GUEST BEHAVIOUR<\/h3>\n

We ask our guests to behave respectfully inside the facility during the entire period of their stay or while eating. Behaviour, activities, games, and the use of equipment causing disturbance to other guests must be always avoided within the facility.
\nBetween 14:30 and 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09:00, guests are especially requested to behave in such a way that they do not disturb the rest of the other guests (including loud voices in the room area, wearing clogs or noisy shoes in the rooms, or slamming doors or making other noises). The use of television or radio is allowed with moderate volume.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITY OF MINORS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adults are responsible for the behaviour of minors in their care. Behaviour must be always maintained so that at no time of the day and in no way is it detrimental to the tranquility of others.<\/p>\n

OBJECTS AND FURNITURE IN THE FACILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please do not slam doors but accompany them; please also have the utmost respect for every object (from lamps to books) to furniture in all the rooms of the Agriturismo. Should the staff find any damage to objects or furniture or anything else by the guests, they will be asked for a financial compensation according to the damage done. The breakage of any object\/furniture in the room must be communicated promptly to the staff who will assess the damage. Failure to report will result in a charge of \u20ac50 or more depending on the object\/furniture damaged prior to the guest’s departure. Due to the Covid-19 emergency, we kindly ask guests not to touch furniture\/items they do not need.<\/p>\n

LATE RETURN TO THE ACCOMMODATION<\/h3>\n

If you are returning to the Agriturismo late, please close the doors quietly and do not use loud tones to avoid disturbing those who are already asleep. Always inform the Agriturismo staff of any late returns.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITY OF DOGS<\/h3>\n

We accept or not, after telephone contact, small or medium sized animals only if of good character, educated and accustomed to being with other animals and people.
\nDogs must in any case be kept on a leash unless otherwise agreed with the management. All owners are requested to clean up after their dogs and are responsible for any damage caused by them. Please ensure that dogs do not disturb other guests.
\nIt is forbidden to let dogs (of any size) sleep on the beds in the rooms. If at the time of check-out, the bed is found unmade or dirty due to the presence of the dog on it, an amount of 15 \u20ac will be charged. The breakage of any object\/mobile in the room must be reported promptly to the staff who will assess the damage. Failure to report will result in a charge of 50 \u20ac or more depending on the object\/mobile ruined before the guest’s departure.<\/p>\n

FARM ANIMALS<\/h3>\n

Please do not open animal gates.<\/p>\n

ROOMS<\/h3>\n

Rooms are allocated according to availability, type, and number of guests.
\nAny inconveniences should be reported to the staff who will resolve them as soon as possible.
\nIn the event of a Covid-19 emergency, we ask guests to use the bathroom in their own rooms and not the staff bathroom or the one reserved for restaurant guests.
\nLoss or breakage of the assigned key will result in a charge of \u20ac 30.00. When leaving the rooms, please lock and deposit the key at the reception.<\/p>\n

SMOKING BAN<\/h3>\n

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and common areas.<\/p>\n

PERSONAL ITEMS<\/h3>\n

The agriturismo is exempt from any responsibility for any personal items left unattended in the rooms or common areas. It will be the responsibility of the gentlemen guests to keep personal items of value, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the agriturismo.<\/p>\n

DAMAGE TO OBJECTS\/FUNITURE AND OTHER THINGS<\/h3>\n

Any damage caused to furniture, furnishings or equipment will be properly assessed with the owners of the establishment for reimbursement. The breakage of any object\/furniture in the room must be reported promptly to the staff who will assess the damage. Failure to report will result in a charge of \u20ac50 or more depending on the object\/furniture damaged prior to the guest’s departure.<\/p>\n

LIGHTS<\/h3>\n

Please take care to turn off the light in the rooms and in the various rooms used.<\/p>\n

NUMBER OF PEOPLE<\/h3>\n

In no case is it allowed to accommodate more people than the number fixed in the reservation unless previously agreed. We reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation if this condition is not met.<\/p>\n

WIFI CONNECTION<\/h3>\n

To connect to the internet, you need to ask the Agriturismo staff for a password.<\/p>\n

BREAKFAST AND MEALS<\/h3>\n

Breakfast will no longer be a buffet, due to the Covid-19 situation, but there will be a member of staff to serve you. Obviously, the service time, due to constant sanitation, will be longer. We ask for your patience. Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 9:30 in the dining room located in the central farmhouse; dinner for guests staying is served at 20:00 in one of our two dining rooms or, for all guests, when possible, outside.<\/p>\n

PARKING<\/h3>\n

The car park is outdoors and is not guarded. We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car and that you lock your car.<\/p>\n

SPECIAL RULES FOR COVID 19<\/h3>\n

We would also like to take this opportunity to provide you with some information on the rules to be followed on the farm in relation to Covid 19: masks must be worn in indoor and outdoor areas, except of course at the table; accommodation will not be cleaned daily but only every four days, and cottages at the end of the stay.
\nOur staff is at the complete disposal of our guests for every need, in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
