The Buonasera agriturismo offers to the guests staying at the farm, but also to those who just want to enjoy a good meal, the possibility of having lunch and dinner in three dining rooms; the historic room with the large fireplace and the smaller one, to which the room with large windows was recently added, all welcoming and well looked after.
The cuisine is typical of the Viterbo countryside revisited with creativity by our Chef; everything is homemade and the kitchen, carefully directed by Stella, offers different dishes every day such as: piciarelli all’amatriciana, spelt soup, lasagne with artichokes or ricotta and pesto, pappardelle with hare ragù, porked rabbit, stewed and sour wild boar stew; and among the desserts the sbriciolata cake, the chocolate soufflè, cream and pears, the moretto and many others among starters, first courses, second courses and desserts.
In addition to the indoor dining rooms, it is also possible to have lunch or dinner outdoors, under pergolas and gazebos, surrounded by greenery, enjoying nature in relaxation and in the open air.
At the base of our cuisine are the rewards of our organic farm and other typical local DOP and IGP products, carefully selected among the excellent food products of Tuscia.
