We start with a walk around the agriturismo looking for, getting to know and collecting plants.

Some of these plants will be delivered to the kitchen and will form part of the dishes served at lunchtime. With other plants and herbs collected, we start working with the press until lunchtime.
In the afternoon we continue with the press and paint with the juices and wines, vinegar etc. We work with the brush, pencils, herbs simply rubbed on the paper, and of course with the press. Work is done on paper and pieces of cloth, cotton or linen.
